Facilities Integrity Management (FIM)
Facilities Integrity Management (FIM), also called Assets Integrity Management (AIM), is a Technical Management system ensuring the integrity of equipment and facilities in plants and installations. FIM covers all issues related to equipment and facilities, such as design, commissioning, safe and effective operation, inspections and maintenance, etc.. Driven by HSE management, FIM stimulates the use of Risk-Based approach in decision making process during all phases of a project from design, manufacture, commissioning and operation. 

To provide FIM service, HSEAll Consulting is developing a tool, FIMS, which is a software tool for establishing Facilities Database for installations. FIMS can be considered as a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Database. First of all, FIMS will support technical managers and engineers to better manage their plant and facilities by establishing easy-to-assess Facilities Databases of their installations. Secondly, FIMS provides advanced modules for evaluating performance status of the facilities, such as Corrosion Risk Assessment (CRA) and Risk-based Inspections (RBI) for further technical management. Finally, FIMS will have a module supporting Logistics, which will be available in the next version.
